About the role

Naz&Co is looking for someone who can make busy founders stop and reply.

You’ll take a lead list of SaaS and AI founders, research them, send personalised outreach on LinkedIn and email, and keep following up until a meeting is booked or a clear no is confirmed.

What you’ll actually do

Research prospects and write personalised outreach, not templates.

Manage follow-up sequences until a meeting is booked or a no is confirmed.

Track every conversation in a simple CRM and coordinate messaging with active offers.

What we need

Strong English is non-negotiable. Curiosity about SaaS, startups, or design matters. Prior outreach or sales experience is a bonus — but self-drive matters more.

What you don’t need

You don’t need a degree, a long CV, or experience in a big company. You need to be able to write a message that makes a busy founder stop and reply.
